We are looking to grow our team of creatives with different levels of illustrators and Graphic designers to assist with creating bespoke logos,social media content, flyers and business cards for our clientele.
The successful applicant will have an excellent working knowledge of standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud), and experience creating and preparing digital artwork. The applicant should also have experience with web design (not essential) and have an appreciation of good UX and UI.
You will be working with our BEA Creative team, who will be consulting and discussing concepts with clients to which you will be tasked with creating. We have a 3 step method guide that we work through to provide our clients with a final piece of artwork they can be proud of. This role would be perfect for anyone looking to build their portfolio and show off their skill and talent.

The Candidate
Someone that has:
Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
Excellent organisation and communication skills
strong computer skills- you need to be technically skilled in Adobe In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator to a good level. Video production skills beneficial. Ability to use Dropbox as a file sharing platform.
An interest in graphics, trends and typography
Ability to balance work on several projects at a time
Ability to pay attention to detail
Ability to grasp client needs and the feedback received after consultation with the client.
A matter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejected
Job Description
Designing products, creating product specifications, packaging, advertisements, catalogues & leaflets, social media posts, logos, signs, web pages & imagery assets and other branding and communication materials.
You will have to work closely with the BEA Creative team.
You may use different media such as photography and illustration to get the desired result - some projects will require creating designs by hand or drawing or using computer software to achieve similar ends as well as using a variety of stock sites
Understanding and interpreting client briefs, pitching an idea of how to actualize a client’s project & amending designs according to the clients' final comments
Revising a design brief so it fits a client’s budget and ideas more closely
Revising a design or project deliverable to meet specifications
Finding out about the project requirements (taking a 'brief') & asking the right questions
Creating final designs, working to a deadline and budget
Proofreading and preparing designs to be sent to print – ability to copyright is advantageous
Presenting draft designs
Ensuring that design work is aligned with other methods of communication or media’s
Generating ideas as well as bringing someone else’s ideas to life and create emotional responses
Good time management as you will need to meet set deadlines.
