The idea of the setup and onboarding process can seem lengthy and intimidating to some. However, with us handling the setup and assembling your online software, you won't have much to do other than providing us with the necessary information and catching us up on your business venture so far.
We aim to get this set up within a week or whenever you're ready to get moving.
Step One

You can schedule a free consultation to address any questions you may have about our service or pricing packages.
Most importantly, it's an opportunity for us to learn more about you and how we can best support your needs.
Step Two

Led by an Account Manager, our onboarding process ensures your software setup. We'll navigate you through the platforms, gather vital business details, and offer comprehensive support.
Your account managers aim is to facilitate a seamless transition from your onboard to then a low you to build a harmonious relationship with your bookkeeper going forward.
Step Three

Once your onboarding process is finished, you'll be assigned a dedicated bookkeeper.
They will develop a strong understanding of your business, providing guidance on your finances, tax-saving opportunities, and assistance with any new scenarios or opportunities that arise.
And next…
Once set up and introductions are complete, you'll be ready to focus on growing your business. With easy-to-use tools at your disposal, you can effortlessly provide us with receipts using simple methods that suit your preference.
