We’ll handle the setup
Setting things up can feel a bit overwhelming, and that’s where we come in. We’ll set up your online accounting software and get everything sorted for you. All you need to do is tell us a little about your business and send over the information we ask for. We’ll take care of the rest.
Once we have everything, we aim to have you up and running within a week, or at whatever pace suits you.

Step One

Your onboarding will be led by a dedicated Account Manager, ensuring your software is set up correctly from the start. We'll guide you through the platforms, collect key business information, and provide full support throughout the process.
Their goal is to make your transition smooth and to lay the foundation for a strong, ongoing relationship with your bookkeeper.
Step Two

Once your onboarding process is finished, you'll be assigned a dedicated bookkeeper.
They will develop a strong understanding of your business, providing guidance on your finances, tax-saving opportunities, and assistance with any new scenarios or opportunities that arise.
Their goal is to make your transition smooth and to lay the foundation for a strong, ongoing relationship with your bookkeeper.

Once everything’s up and running, you’ll be free to focus on growing your business. Our simple, user-friendly tools make it easy to send receipts and information, whichever method suits you best.
